This is my attempt to keep track of how much I have canned during the year. I rarely put my caner up, if I do it don't stay put away for long. Most of everything I grow gets canned in some fashion.

    1. Thanks! I grew up helping mom and grandma canning. It seemed as though we only canned during the summer months and then once during deer season. I can't seem to put my canner away. I'm always finding something new in season or just restocking the shelves with meats and veggies I find on sale. My way of keeping the shelves stocked. From my adventures in canning I hope that I can help as many people as possible in one way or another.

  2. gonna start doing, used to go to "cannery" with grandma Smith and my mom. Basically a get together of like minds. Had shelves in basement full.

  3. All your recipes have large picture of "orange jelly" over the ingredients and the directions. Too bad. I would have liked some of your recipes.
